"Galettes" are the savory version of "Crêpes", also originating in Brittany. As popular in France as a wood fire pizza, their customizability is of the same kind. From the traditional Egg, Ham & Cheese, to vegetarian Ratatouille Galette, they also work well with seafood - or anything else for that matter! Crispy on the edges and soft in the middle, Galettes are an absolute delicacy.
